Who we serve

We work for contractors: residential roofing, commercial roofing and restoration

Our clients are contractors who run insurance work at volume and want their estimates and supplements written inside their own CRM, by a team assigned to their files.

01 / Segments

Three kinds of contractor, three kinds of file

The documentation standard is the same in each. What changes is what's on the file and what we need from you.

01Segment

Residential roofing

Who it is
Roofing contractors running a steady flow of insurance roof replacements and repairs, with sales reps, a production team and an office working jobs in a CRM.
Typical files
Roof replacements and repairs on steep-slope homes, often on the same job as gutters and other exterior trades where you perform them.
What changes in how we work
The file is built around the roof: facet-by-facet measurements, pitch, stories, flashing and accessories, and the code and manufacturer citations behind them.
What we need from you
Inspection photos (elevations, each slope, damage close-ups, a pitch gauge on steep slopes), the measurement report, the carrier's scope, and the trades you'll perform.

Commercial roofing

Who it is
Contractors working insurance losses on commercial roofs.
Typical files
Estimates and supplements on commercial roofs, from a single trade up to a total loss.
What changes in how we work
Roofs are documented section by section. The roof system's layers and the manufacturer's system specification carry more of the support than they do on a shingle roof.
What we need from you
Photos and measurements by roof section, a roof plan if you have one, what you know about the existing system (layers, insulation, membrane), and the trades you'll perform.

Restoration: interior, water and fire

Who it is
Restoration contractors rebuilding after water and fire losses, from a single room up to a total loss.
Typical files
Interior repair scopes, fire and water losses, and total-loss estimates, in Xactimate or Symbility.
What changes in how we work
The scope is built room by room from dimensions and photos, on the interior trades you perform, instead of from a roof measurement report.
What we need from you
Room-by-room photos, a sketch or room dimensions, your scope notes, the carrier's scope if there is one, and the trades you'll perform.

02 / Where the work happens

Your CRM, your job record

In every segment, the work is posted to the job in your CRM. We work inside AccuLynx, Roofr and JobNimbus with contractors today. If yours is different, tell us on the intro call.

03 / Not a fit

Who we don't work with

Saying this up front saves both of us a call.

  • Homeowners and policyholders. We work only with contractors. Coverage questions go to the carrier, a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.

  • Anyone looking for representation on a claim. SureClaims doesn't represent policyholders, interpret policies, give coverage or legal advice, or negotiate claim settlements.

  • Contractors who want trades on the file they don't perform. We document the trades you perform and no others.

  • Anyone looking for a promised result. We document scope. Coverage decisions are made by the insurance carrier.

Next step

If your files fit one of these, start with an intro call

Tell us your segment, roughly how many insurance jobs you run each month, and which CRM you use. We'll tell you whether we're a fit.

Files are shared through your CRM once you're onboarded.
