01 / Service index

What we produce, and what lands on the job

There are two core services, and each one covers the file types below. Deliverables are posted to the job in your CRM.

  1. Supplements

    Roofing supplements

    What it is
Documentation of the line items the carrier's first scope doesn't include, measured against the roof you'll install.
    What you get
A list of added line items, each tied to the code section, manufacturer instruction, measurement or photo behind it. Each update is logged on the job, and your approval is a stage before the file closes out.
  2. Estimates

    Xactimate estimates

    What it is
The estimate for the job, written from your photos and measurement report.
    What you get
A new estimate on the trades you perform. Revisions follow as the file changes, and GC revisions when you ask for them.

02 / Service selector

Pick what the file needs. We'll point you to the right page.

Answer three short questions. Each answer sends you to the page that covers it.

03 / Inputs

Every file starts with your photos, your measurements and your trades

Whichever service you use, the estimator and supplementer work from what your team captured on the roof.

There's no upload on this site. Claim paperwork carries your customer's personal details, so files are shared through your CRM once you're onboarded.

What we need

  1. Inspection photos. Elevations, each slope, damage close-ups, and a pitch gauge on steep slopes.

  2. A measurement report. Aerial or hand measurements.

  3. The carrier's scope. Needed for supplements and revisions.

  4. The trades you'll perform. We document those trades and no others.

  5. Job notes. Anything the photos don't show: layers, decking, access, specialty materials.

  6. Access to your CRM. You invite us in during onboarding, and files move through it from then on.

Next step

Bring your file mix to the intro call

We'll ask what you install, roughly how many insurance jobs you run each month, and which CRM they live in. Then we'll tell you which service fits.

Files are shared through your CRM once you're onboarded.
