Who we are
This website is run by Sure Claims LLC ("SureClaims", "we"), which provides estimating and supplement documentation services to roofing and restoration contractors. You can reach us at info@sureclaims.com, (205) 739-9415, or 600 W 41st Ave, Suite 204, Anchorage, AK 99503.
This policy covers this website only. It doesn't cover the work we do inside a client's CRM, which is governed by our agreement with that client. This website is meant for contractors and their office teams and is not directed at children.
What we collect when you fill in a form
We collect only what you type into a form and the details listed below. This site has no file uploads.

Sent automatically with each form:
- The page of this site the form was sent from.
- Marketing source details kept in your browser (see "Information kept in your browser"): campaign tags from the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), a Google Ads click ID if present, the first page you landed on, the name of the website that referred you (the site name only, not the full address), and the time of that visit, for your first visit and your most recent visit from a campaign link or another site.
- A hidden anti-spam field that people never fill in.
Please don't include homeowner names, addresses, claim numbers or other details about a homeowner's claim. Claim files reach us through your CRM after onboarding, under our client agreement, not through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and set up an intro call.
- If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text it, one to one, only to arrange the intro call you requested. We don't send automated or promotional texts.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, using the source details above.
- To protect the forms from spam and abuse.
We don't sell the information you send us, and we don't use it for anything other than the purposes above.
Where it goes
- Email. Each form submission is sent as a plain-text email to the SureClaims inbox (info@sureclaims.com) through our email service provider, over an encrypted (TLS) connection.
- Our website host. The site and its form endpoint run on a hosting provider's servers, which process your request to deliver the page and the form.
We don't share form information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Information kept in your browser
This site sets no cookies. To record how you found us, a small script keeps the source details described above in your browser's local storage (or session storage when local storage is blocked). They stay on your device and are only sent to us if you submit a form. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Analytics
This site doesn't load any analytics or advertising scripts, and no visit data is sent to a third party. The site records clicks on its own buttons and links in a list that exists only inside the open page and is discarded when you leave it. If we add an analytics tool, we'll update this policy before it goes live.
Security and abuse prevention
Forms are sent over HTTPS. To stop spam, the site limits how many forms one internet connection can send in a period of time. It counts requests by IP address in the server's memory; those counts are not written to disk and reset when the server restarts.
The server keeps a technical log of form activity (for example, the time, the form type, whether delivery succeeded, and broad answers that carry no personal details, such as the job-volume range and the source of the visit). In that log your IP address is replaced by a one-way coded value, and names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages are never written to it.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to your request and to manage any business relationship that follows, and for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see "Your choices"), unless we have to keep it by law.
Your choices
- You don't have to fill in a form. You can call (205) 739-9415 or email info@sureclaims.com instead.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@sureclaims.com.
- You can clear the source details stored in your browser at any time (see above).
Payments
The payments page shows how to reach us for payment instructions. This website doesn't collect card or bank details.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
