Intro call

Request an intro call

Three short steps: who you are, how your operation runs, and what you need. We'll get in touch to set up the call.

You

Who we'll be talking to.

We may call or text this number only to arrange the intro call you requested.

Your operation

Enough for the call to start with your numbers, not a questionnaire.

What kind of contractor are you?

Pick the one that describes most of your insurance work.

The state where most of your insurance jobs are.

A rough monthly average is fine.

Once you're onboarded, files reach us through your CRM.

What you need

Optional. Skip it and send if you'd rather explain on the call.

What do you need help with?
Where are most of your files today?

Pick any that apply.

Please don't include homeowner names, addresses or claim numbers here.

We'll use these details to contact you about your request. Privacy policy

01 After you send

What happens next

Sending this sets up a conversation. Nothing else starts until you decide it should.

  1. 01

    We reply.

Someone from SureClaims gets in touch by phone or email to set a time for the call.

  2. 02

    The intro call.

We go through your volume, your trades, your CRM and how your files are handled today. Ask anything, including how our fee works. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

  3. 03

    Onboarding.

If it is a fit: we build your company profile, you name your contacts, you invite us into your CRM, and you send your first file.

Before you send

  • No files needed. There's nothing to upload, now or for the call.
  • Contractors only. We're engaged and paid by contractors and don't represent homeowners.
  • No obligation. Sending this only asks for a call.
  • Fees are covered on the call. Ask us directly.

Why there's no file upload

Claim paperwork carries your homeowner's personal information, and a public web form is the wrong place for it.

Files are shared through your CRM once you're onboarded. That's where the job already lives, and it's where we work on it.
